2016 Indoor/Outdoor Extravaganza – Vendor Information – PLEASE READ

The time is quickly passing by and before we know it, MOVE IN day will be upon us. Follow the link to the exhibitor manual. It’s encouraged that you read it, even if you are a seasoned exhibitor. We are scheduled to begin Move-In on Friday April 8th beginning at 8AM. Please note that you MUST register at the HBA table BEFORE entry to the building is permitted and there you will receive your registration packet and directions to your exhibit.  No Early move ins are permitted unless prior arrangements have been made.  I will be sending a finalized layout on April 5th as that is the VERY LAST DAY that any changes will be permitted. All balances MUST be paid by Monday April 4th or exhibit space will be forfeited. When moving your exhibit into the coliseum, please remember to empty the contents of your car/truck promptly and exit the building so that we can maintain a nice and steady flow of traffic in and out of the building. You will not be permitted to work out of your vehicles to build your displays/exhibit spaces. Upon arrival you will be directed by a parking lot attendant who will help guide vendors in and out of the building safely.

On Friday, a Vendor Lunch will be provided by Big Country Stone of Abilene. Please listen for the announcement for you to come and grab your lunch. We know your primary focus will be getting your exhibits finished but we want to make sure you are fed and happy. Be sure to review the Weekend Giveaway information page. This is a great way to display your business or service and draw a crowd to your location. The HBA office will need to be notified by April 4th , in what capacity, if any you are choosing to participate in the giveaway weekend.  If you are going to participate in the weekend giveaway with an item valued at $50 or more or if you choose to be a Preferred Vendor please provide your item(s) upon registration so that we can keep an accurate log and plan our giveaway times accordingly.

ALL EXHIBITS MUST BE REMOVED NO LATER THAN 12 NOON ON MONDAY APRIL 11TH.
